of Veteran Ed's for all that was done for us on Tuesday. We greatly appreciate
the quick response to have someone come to our home the same day of our claim,
as they arived by 4:45 pm. I want to also point out how professional and
courteous they were and went to a great extent to ensure we knew we were the
priority and that we would be taken care of completely and fully before they
left. Knowing it was Halloween night and that my family was in the midst of
carving pumpkins and getting ready to trick-or-treat, and only imagining that
they should be doing the same with their families, my husband and I said that
we were fine with them surveying the damage, ensuring the source / cause of the
damage had been located, stopped and contained and then to revisit the
situation the next or following days. But the guys were very specific to
reassure us that this was their job and part of their Emergency Services that
they would not leave until everything was okay or we specifically wanted them
to leave...even if it was Halloween night."
